Taxonomic Swap 63259 (Committed on 27-09-2019)

Given the extent to which Phlebia is paraphyletic, and that the type species of Phlebia and Merulius come out in separate, well supported clades, it seems prudent to treat the two genera separately, and to treat Phlebia tremellosa as Merulius tremellosus. Certainly, both should be treated under a single name either way.
