As City Hall Looks to Purge Rats Some Hope to Ban Rat Poison.

A rat infestation at Los Angeles City Hall made headlines in February after City Council President Herb Wesson suggested ripping out all of the building’s carpets to mitigate a Typhus outbreak possibly caused by the rodents.
