Guide to millipede orders
This summer I've been working on organizing information on millipedes that I've been collecting for quite a few years now. I've also been thinking about ways to make this information available to others. Below is a link to a guide for 16 orders of millipedes. The information has been added to the American Isopod and Myriapod group web page. The guide gives some basic background information, overview of some of the biology and ID information for each order as well as giving photos and drawings of representatives species for each order. I'm hopeful this will help in the identification of millipedes in our state.
