I am a registered professional biologist living in Kamloops, BC. I am originally from Vancouver and completed a degree in Range Management/Wildlife at UBC in 1969. I worked as a Chief Park Naturalist for Parks Canada for 7 years in PEI, Nova Scotia and BC and as an interpretive planner in Ontario. I moved to Kamloops in 1978 where I worked for BC Parks for 16 years and then 10 years as a Habitat Protection Biologist for the Ministry of Environment. I have operated my private consulting company for the past 16 years.
I have a widespread interest in flora, fauna and general ecology and maintain a database of observations which I have just started entering into INaturalist in 2020.
