I am a professional gardener, wild botanist, and researcher in plant humanities. My research specialises in the nature and value of emotions, and how gardens and wild food foraging impact the gut microbiome and emotional well-being. I work at Great Dixter and Canterbury Cathedral Gardens, and am an international lecturer when it's raining.
