I love nature! I grew up in southern Ontario, Canada, watching birds, insects and nature in my backyard and beyond. I spent over a decade working with non-releasable birds of prey and leading educational programs on a wide variety of natural history topics. Growing up, I always had an interest in rainforests; in 2008 I volunteered on the Harpy Eagle conservation project in Panama, and have since then worked in Belize, Ecuador and have traveled in Latin America. I now live and work in Panama as a naturalist guide and environmental educator. My partner, Domi, and our daughter, Bianca, are both avid birders and naturalists, and together we enjoy traveling, birding and spending time in the forest.
