Looking at plants more and more — ferns (especially fond of moonworts and spleenworts), sedges, grasses, orchids, carnivorous and parasitic plants, and native wildflowers in general. Love observing the distinctive plant communities of fens, bogs, cedar swamps, pine barrens, and the alpine zone!
