I like loads of taxa groups, but especially birds and frogs and mosses. I've published scientific papers on mosses, birds, amphibians and bats. I call Plumas County California home, where I work as a biologist for the US Forest Service. Previously, I lived in Curry County, Oregon where I studies and observed the natural world for 13 years after getting my degree in Wildlife Management from Humboldt State University.
