Evidence of active beavers
Can count age by levels of branches. Baby's pictured
Orange beaks black patch around eyes and the beak and mouth. 4 feet from beak to tail approximately. Child was grayish brown with the same eyes pattern. Tail was two pronged and had two discolored gray feathers. Eating duckweed on the surface. Black bump in the front of the face over the beak. Males have a larger bump than the females.
Needle like leaves, with each needle having roughly a length of 4-5 inches. The xolor of the needles ranged from light green to slightly darker green. The tree was built almost in layers of concentric rings (in terms of branches- once circle of branches would be succeeded by another as the tree got higher up). Definitely a coniferous tree due to the needle like leaves. The pine cones in the tree were also roughly 5 inches each, and brown in color.
White stuff on branches (fungus/mold)
Pine tree w/cones
Relatively tall
Long branches that extend over stream
Line the stream
Usually white when not dead, look like small little flowers.
