Description

Only a few inches off the ground
Cordate/spade shaped, smooth, dark green, leathery leaves.
white patterning on top of leaves.
Probably Hexastylis minor because it has a much more rounded leaf base and is less saggitate.
Additionally the patterning is more along the veins and less spotty like Hexastylis arifolia

Simple opposite leaves
Glabrous and shiny surface of leaves
Bark is very scaly and there are many little segments
Top of leaf surface is lightish green and underside is more white
Ovate leaves that come to point (acuminate tip)
Leaves are slightly rugose
