Description

I believe it is an oxalis because of it's stems are smooth and slightly hairy. Plus, their heart-shaped leaves. Still, it misses the yellow flower

Description

I think it's a crow. There were two of them, and I was only able to take a picture of them in mid-flight, since every time I tried to take a photo of them on top of a lamppost, they flew away.
