Just going off of what INat's AI said. Can anyone confirm the type of gecko?

On beach
Seen active in dry shaded section of creek Gully. Moving through leaf litter, stopped, looked onto leaves and sitting still, struck at a frog hidden in the leaves (Litoria nasuta?). Successfully caught frog by head, slowly lifted body and retreated back the path it came, disappeared into bush still with frog half caught in mouth.
Found dead stuck in our roof. Found as pictured.
Around the same size and texture of a common gecko. Intricate pattern with a regrown tail. Note: the gecko was also dusty due to it being in a pile of dirt when found
