@kimberlietx you might find this one of interest. Found this before service today. I have been looking around the small green spaces in the breaks of the parking lot. I was not sure what this one was at first then it dawned on me.
Not sure if this is the one you have been interested in. These are pretty tall and are not bloomed out yet. They are not in the barrier itself but in the cracks of the tarmac near where I was parked.

Couldn't get close enough for clear shot
After days (if not weeks) of seeing this beauty, I finally got close enough for a phone camera photo. iNat’s first suggestion is Eastern (P. cresphontes), but the markings seem more in line with P. rumiko. However, I’m not sure that I’m familiar enough with the field characteristics between the two to say for sure. Confirmation or correction welcome ... and any identification tips and tricks appreciated!
