The key feature here is the leaves below the flowers, which are linear and unfused in M. nudatus, cordate and fused in M. guttatus. I didn't get that detail, but Liam did: www.inaturalist.org/observations/650285. Obligate serpentine plant, very narrow distribution.
Tiny. Flowers smaller than a dime.
