Large watersnake sitting in shallow pond water while smaller snake swam up to it and they were sitting together touching a while. Mating behavior, or? There was also a baby of same species chasing frog just ~3 ft from these two. Lots of active nerodia out tonight. Warm evening, about 74F. Can definitely tell by how much faster the reptiles & amphibians move!

Either was on the seed pod of Melia azedarach or on frond of Adonidia merrillii that was hit by a fallen seed pod. All i know is that I was moving the palm and a seed pod/snake bundle fell from the sky, hitting my shoulder.
