Found crawling on some phlox at the garden center
There's a wide, mowed trail that runs through the trees along the back of the pond at Alexandria Community Park. Catalpa trees are relatively common in the area, and the huge leaves make them obvious even though they're not blooming yet. They are our only local tree with whorled leaves, which is particularly attractive when the leaves are young and cute like this.

The ID algorithm has suggested Carolina Horsenettle (Solanum carolinense) and tomato, but I don't think this is a tomato.
