Description

Sorry to post so many shots, but I don't know what is needed for a species ID. iNat suggestions all over the place but basically Parancistrocerus or Stenodynerus. I have plenty more if I missed an angle.
Watched them for four minutes on fallen Rattlesnake master in my pollinator garden which is surrounded by woods with a stream. Clay soil.
The second suitor was persistent but not successful. 😊

Description

P. vagus? It moved around in my pollinator meadow, maybe from a phlox, and definitely on Clustered mountain mint.
Surrounded by woods with little creeks. Clay, rocky soil. Rural area.

Sorry for the overload of shots, but didn't know what might be best angles. I do have more that I didn't submit if needed.
