Seen in a 6 mm diameter hole of a nesting structure / insect hotel

Caught in my house. About 3cm long, somewhat docile and easy to catch (and release outside). Sorry I didn’t use a clearer container.

Found this one behaving oddly. It was poking its head into the puffy seed head, as if compacting it.
