First time spotting a Pacific Baza in the area - right near the set of apartments as it was feasting on Lychee Stink Bugs, Lyramorpha rosea in the nearby trees. There were Buff-banded Rails near the drainage area connected to the shopping centre which I hadn't seen before again in this area. Worth keeping at eye at the diversity in this patch as it vulnerable to human development/so close to dwellings.
