I think this might be important, as it is a very rare species only found alive a few times in the last 6 years. the shape matches a species found in Australia. Appeared in my isopod vivarium, not sure where they came from.
Everything put into the tank was local (leaves from outside were frozen and/or soaked before addition), plants taken from a local greenhouse, gravel and charcoal for the take was purchased and put in after being washed.

Came across this snail that seemed to be eating lichen at the side of the trail. (It had just stopped raining.) The body was impressively far out of the shell! The shell didn’t have a band but it was very worn. The body seems diagnostic of Pacific sideband. I’d appreciate any other thoughts.
