Need help ID’ing. Spotted a larger individual last night, but having trouble determining what this is. Very large rear dorsal fin that is flexible and can flip side to side, and a fleshy elongated mouth. Anal fin and caudal fin are small and semi-transparent. Excess flesh is on lower jaw only, and lower and upper jaw roughly the same length
