Description

Erigeron acris politus, according to the 1969 Hulten. There are only two records in herbaria for this species north of the Brooks range in Alaska—one on the central north slope from 2022, and another here in the Toolik herbarium, listed from 2017 with comments about it potentially being a new introduction. Found right next to a road in gravely soil, and part of a small population. Not a rare species, but few records in the Alaskan arctic.
