Thanks for this query. This project is a collection project so observations are added to it once criteria are met rather than by being added to by individuals as happens with traditional projects. There are species that are listed as qualifying as marine organisms but for this project a life stage annotation of eggs also has to be met. I believe your query is in reference to the Polychaeta egg mass you observed. Unfortunately right now eggs is not one of the choices for life stage. I'm going to see if I can find out how to have that added by for this class of organism and likely for the whole phylum.
Hello and thank you for your reply. Actually my question was not with regard to my observation. I was trying to add another member's observation which occurred right after mine. I know my observation cannot be determined to the species level unless someone with the right knowledge actually identifies it. Hopefully if your criteria are met in the future I might be able to contribute more. All the best!
