Biodiversity of Waller Creek

This is part of a larger project organized by the University of Texas' Biodiversity Collections (https://integrativebio.utexas.edu/biodiversity-collections) and the Waller Creek Working Group (https://sites.cns.utexas.edu/waller_creek_working_group/home) funded by the University of Texas' Green Fee program starting in 2015. The iNaturalist component aims to compile biodiversity photo observations from the Waller Creek drainage especially in the riparian corridor on and near the University of Texas campus. However, observations from anywhere within the Waller Creek drainage from any time are encouraged as well. We will also organize bioblitz events during which we invite the public, including college students and grade school students to work alongside UT Ichthyologists, Herpetologists, Entomologists and Botanists to document via photographs and specimens what's living in the drainage. less ↑
