@rynxs , yes, I realize that your initial comment was posted over a month earlier but I saw the discussion I pointed to as relevant to your comment, which might be viewed by other users and possibly then helpful.
@loarie this should probably be reversed, or an "Allium tricoccum complex" needs to be created to accommodate the sheer number of observations with now-conflicting IDs, probably alongside some other actions to mitigate problems arising from this swap. Also, there was no discussion prior to this being drafted and committed.
