NYBG EcoFlora Update - November 12, 2018

Join the PURSUE PORCELAIN-BERRY EcoQuest Challenge and help your community manage this highly destructive invasive pest.

Gardeners and volunteers across the City are making great strides in halting the spread of Porcelain-berry. Thanks to their efforts, our urban forests can continue to thrive, providing inspiration, well-being and a sustainable environment for generations to come. This spring, volunteers working with the NYC Parks Stewardship Team cleared large areas of Seton Falls Park of Porcelain-berry, protecting this beautiful park for all inhabitants, human and non.

See the Porcelain-berry fact-sheet for more information.
