Yarra Ranges Council has signed up to participate in the 2024 Melbourne Biodiversity Blitz. And guess what? It's growing! We are now competing against eleven councils - Baw Baw, Bayside, Cardinia, Casey, Dandenong, Kingston, Knox, Latrobe, Maroondah, Mornington Peninsula and Nillumbik.
We'd love for you to join us this September by getting outdoors in the Yarra Ranges and logging observations. Visit urban parks and bushlands to photograph flora and fauna or discover what's in your own backyard. All observations provide valuable insight into local biodiversity.
