From PLUMERIA to fragrance
EN: Plumeria is a challenging flower to extract a 'true to type' oil from. At HIVE, our Perfumer uses a method called enfleurage (macerating the flowers in plant fat and replacing the flowers hundreds of times). The fat is then hydro-distilled or washed with hexane to remove the scent from the fat.
This tropical fragrance will transport you back to your time spent here with us in Cabo. It is uplifting + beautiful causing feelings of happiness.
Plumeria essence has a refreshing scent that can ease stress. It's aroma relaxes muscles + calms nerves. At the same time, others find it to be an aphrodisiac.

En HIVE, nuestro perfumista utiliza un método llamado enflorado (macerar las flores en grasa vegetal y reemplazar las flores cientos de veces). Luego, la grasa se hidrodestila o se lava con hexano para eliminar el olor de la grasa.
