I've been a naturalist since before I could talk, and I love the challenge of identifying unknown plants and animals to species. Primarily a birder, but also fond of insects and herps. Also big on cultivating native plants and finding edible fungi.

I recently received my MS from Villanova University, where I studied blood parasites in chickadees.
