I mostly know my way around common subtidal critters from Central California. I also love to bug the experts at work about weird critters, so let me bug them for you if found something crazy!

I fell in love with the ocean from seeing sea otters when I was five, and I always wanted to be a marine biologist in Monterey Bay. Got my degree from UC Santa Cruz in 2011, where I found a new passion in scientific diving and underwater photography.
