Recently retired. Have studied a large array of subjects pertaining to the mygalomorph spider family Theraphosidae (tarantulas), worldwide, for the past 50+ years. I've traveled extensively to study these spiders in over 30 counties and have hosted several tarantula documentaries for Discovery, Animal Planet and National Geographic.
