Qualified horticulturalist, linguist, and passionate naturalist. I connect community to nature through bushwalks, gardening, natureplay and citizen science on Boonwurrung/Bunurong and Wurundjeri/Woiwurrung country. I have set up a project for long-term study of biodiversity at East Bentleigh Primary School, teaching students how to be citizen scientists and submit observations.
I work as an educator at Port Phillip EcoCentre and Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, and I volunteer at Yalukit Willam Nature Association, where I have set up the long-term project of biodiversity study of the Yalukit Willam Nature Reserve and Elwood Canal on iNaturalist! I love observing life around me, whether in the bush or in suburbia.
