I have always had an interest in nature and spent a lot of time in our Colorado mountains. I have lived in Brighton Colorado all of my life. I retired in 2016 giving me much more time to get out into nature. I have been working on learning more about birds but seem to be gravitating toward plants, especially wildflowers. . I have learned a lot from taking nature walks with volunteers and naturalists from Barr Lake State Park. I have also learned a lot by observing the postings on iNat and making identifications. I am an amateur working on learning more about nature. I do enjoy seeing what others have found and where.
