Background in botany and plant taxonomy. My main enthusiasm and work has involved poisonous plants, both cultivated and wild, e.g. hta.org.uk/poisonousplants. Became interested in learning to identify British plants more generally only relatively recently. Keen contributor to the BSBI's #WildFlowerHour on Twitter (@liz_dauncey). Joined iNaturalistUK for the 2022 City Nature Challenge. Will add older records as time permits. My main hunting ground is within easy walking distance of my house in TW11.
