I am a Texas Master Naturalist, one of the founders of the Rio Grande Chapter, Texas Master Naturalist in 2002. I am a retired teacher. I have volunteered at Harlingen's Hugh Ramsey Nature Park for 18 years. My main interest is in the Rio Grande Valley's Native Plants. I do observe all animal and bird life in the park. I have been a member of the Port Isabel/SouthPadre Island Shell Club for 30 years.
