Definitely "lay enthusiast" category. Enjoying a new area of knowledge and learning how much I don't know! I am especially glad to feel more connected to Hong Kong by finally being able to put names to the astounding diversity of natural life here-- with a lot of help from iNat and the superb iNat community!
