I study conservation and species invasion. My work centers around the green iguana (Iguana iguana) in Puerto Rico. I completed a master's thesis on the species and I'm currently doing a Ph.D in biology.

My focus on iNaturalist is to accurately document the location of a species. It has been useful for me in the past when I know where to go to study a certain animal or plant. I look to give back some of the help that iNaturalist has given me. I take photos with a point and shoot camera or with my phone, both of which are GPS enabled. They will never be the best, but they will have a GPS coordinate :)
