As the founder and director of the grassroots organization known as the Black River Action Team here in SE Vermont, I love the opportunity to explore all things wild, wet, and wonderful. As a homeschool parent, I've been fortunate to be able to delve into the natural world with the eyes and wonder of our kids. My particular interests tend to be insects -- especially those whose larvae live underwater.
