Hi my name is Blain Gay. I am Husband and father of 5. I have a love of nature and love collecting. INaturalist allows me to combine the two and leave nature as I found (for the most part) it which is awesome.

I also have a young special needs son who loves to be outside but has a bad habit of just sticking anything he comes across in his mouth and has no fear of grabbing living things (NOT GOOD) So I made it a point to start learning what is venomous ,toxic and poisonous.
