Hey everyone!
I'm from just outside Anchor Point, AK and am interested in all things related to animals. Empty sour cream buckets are my easy go-to for holding creatures I want to photograph. I love isopods, particularly valvetails and am always interested in learning more about them.
I hope to share some Alaskan wildlife, mostly just creatures from my backyard and local beaches and I post observations of anything I can find.
I'm not an expert or anything but I'm fairly good at identifying Alaskan invertebrates and fish, especially isopods, crabs, spiders, some ground beetles, quite a few polychaete worms, anemones, jellies, sculpins and allies, urchins, and sea stars so if you have any observations of those in need of an ID, feel free to @ me. I'm not sure if I'll be able to identify it but I'll do my best.
If one of my identifications is wrong, corrections are greatly appreciated.
You can see the observation for my profile picture here, https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/236793677.
