Where are the financials and 990s for past years?

iNaturalist became an independent nonprofit in July of 2023, so this is our first audit. As the years pass, we’ll continue to post more financials here.

Prior to July 2023, iNaturalist operated for several years as a joint initiative of the California Academy of Sciences and the National Geographic Society, so those organizations' 990s included iNaturalist operations.
