Not trying to ID the nuthatch. I think this is probably a chickadee but I am not 100%.
Neighbor’s dog obliterated this bird. No identifiable body, only feathers. If you zoom in you’ll see one patterned wing with some black on it, no clue what this could be
In the audio, Excuse the similar sounding house sparrows chirping away. Focus on the sharp single shrieky notes that are intermittent between the sparrows. Bird was high in a tree, larger & rounder than a sparrow with a long thin railroad spike beak. Sorry for the dark photos & the similar sounding sparrows confusing the audio.
For the flycatcher. The haze from the heat made it hard to get clear photos. I have it in my notes that the flycatcher may be Ash-throated, but I can't tell from the pictures.
