with bee https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/31498567 on upper leaf surface which was very sticky and had some small white insects which may have been making the sticky stuff.

Description

Small tree about 3.5-4m high. With curved pods, no flowers and many rust infested pods. some of the infested pods were collected and sored in a plastic bag to see what insects emerge from them. A caterpillar was found on one infested/galled pod
