Subject was caught in Lake Sherman. Beyond a minor puncture-wound to its upper left lip, it was returned to the water unscathed.
Caught several along the bank while fishing today.
Not sure what this is. Seemed too fast and long for a muskrat. Did not look like a beaver but both are also in the same area.
two young dead near den with no apparent cause - poisoning?
Juvenile animal found dead on trail with puncture wounds on throat spaced approximately 2cm apart. Possibly killed by a cat or a larger mink?
