Flock of approximately 30 Red-crowned on wire and on trees. These were joined by previous flock of 9 at 8:33. Foraged on tall unknown tree species. Juvenile begging calls heard. Video/audio recorded. Were joined by a new flock of Red-crowns. After merger, many foraged on kumquat (?) tree nearby. At 9:04, merged flock flew south.

Large group of Red-crowned Parrots foraging on same kumquat from last week. (NV). Large portion of flock took off, circled around, and landed nearby at 0741. Flock took off and flew east at 0742.
