ID moderately positive, but not 100% since mushroom is still young. Distinctive veil remnants adhering to the edge of the cap and shaggy stem. Ring still present. Displays egg remnants at the base under moss, growing in mixed woods under oak, maple, and pine. Very young fruiting body, still in egg form 🥚, appears nearby.
