Description

Visually similar to the Papaya plant, hence my ID. Deep green leaves. About 4 inches long. One large stem, branches seem to have been eaten as well as leaves.
Fan leaves, hollow stem, high in water content. Stem was almost rubbery.
Habitat: Tropical Rainforest
Many smaller ones nearby, suggesting some sort of weed.

Description

Believe this is a lichen, growing in shade under palm, deep green colour, growth about 1 cm above the tree max.
Moist, soft and fluffy. Hidden from the sunlight facing north.
Habitat: Tropical Rainforest
