Two individuals, very fun to watch. I took a video but can’t upload it into an observation. Both gunnels were about 6 or 7 inches long.
Noticed among the kelp and sea plants at -1.3 low tide at 5pm. very rocky area. Lots of plant life in area.

@RBCM Stowaways, two lizards in a truck from Florida. Nice example of accidental truck transport as a vector for this species into Canada. The truck coming from Florida with the equipment the lizards were found in, had a pre-trip inspection Sept 28, so the lizards could have been without food, water, and stable warm temperatures for up to 12 days (Sept 28 – Oct 9). They would have been without food for a further 3 days during transport to Victoria.
Now in captivity.
