I would be so so so eternally grateful if anyone has tips on seeing the adult animals. Flipping logs, rocks, etc? Water’s edge? Road at night?
Also would be incredibly grateful if someone can tell me whether there is algae present in the eggs, or any other interesting organisms present in these images

Northern Leopard or Green Frog tadpoles swimming under ice.
After a few dry summers, a large frog species has returned to the sometimes "vernal" pool.
