Clean upper lip and white bar infront of eye to identify. Was moving slowly and looked in bad shape.
Found moving across driveway. Identified to be western earth snake and not rough earth snake due to smooth scales rather than keeled, and also the appearance of 6 supralabial scales. Edit: community consensus is Haldea striatula, rough earthsnake! Will take better photos for identification when I see another.
